Week 12: The Fruits of our Labor

We hope you’re able to enjoy this absolutely BEAUTIFUL weekend. The farm is in full swing with summer crops, and the bounty is rolling in!

Lately, we’ve been loving a simple zucchini pasta: sauté zucchini with garlic in olive oil, toss with pasta, fresh basil, and a sprinkle of Parmesan. Add some grilled chicken and you’ve got an easy summer dinner! Here’s a quick video with a recipe close to what we make:
